SCIENTIFIC LITERATURE SEARCHES 2.1. Isabel Cristina Siqueira da Silva, Gerson Klein, Denise Munchen Brandão “Segmented and Detailed Visualization of Anatomical Structures based on Augmented Reality for Health Education and Knowledge Discovery” 2017: This article describes what solutions augmented reality can offer in health education. One of these solutions aims to facilitate the way students learn by visualizing the complex structure of human anatomy. It is explained how effective it is for both the student and the lecturer to see a person's bone in a virtual way while looking at a person's arm in real life. In addition, a survey was conducted with the students about these educational solutions and they received a positive feedback with the majority of them approving this method. From this, we can deduce that visual learning is an effective method with the help of augmented reality. 2.2. Bernie M. Garret, Joseph Anthony, Cathryn Jackson “Using Mobile Augmented Reality to Enhance Health Professional Practice Education” 2018: An article that provides information about the important roles of augmented reality mobile applications in the field of health. It is mentioned about the history of these applications, use of augmented reality applications by global markets and the important positions that they have acquired and can achieve in today's health sector. As with most technologies, this technological development is said to have been discovered and developed to aid night vision goggles in the military. Again, in this study, we are faced with a questionnaire about the benefits of augmented reality for students. According to the results of this survey, the students provide a feedback between neutral and optimistic view of this technological solution. In addition, it is emphasized that mobile phones are an important tool for augmented reality. 2.3. Christian Moro, Zane Stromberga, Athanasios Raikos, Allan Stirling “The Effectiveness of Virtual and Augmented Reality in Health Sciences and Medical Anatomy” 2017: This article offers both VR and AR as excellent teaching tools, where student learning is as successful as with tablet-based apps, however educators should be wary about the negative consequences of VR in particular, such as impaired vision and dizziness. However, both VR and AR have inherent advantages such as improved student engagement, involvement, and enjoyment. This discovery holds tremendous potential for future applications employing VR and AR, which are projected to become unique and strong learning aids within health sciences and medical curricula.
